MY HOLISTIC SERVICES

Balance your energy

Thaï Foot Massage

In Thailand it is considered as " a complete and holistic treatment for your mind, body and spirit" but also a proactive approach to health. Thai foot massage is intended to generally stimulate the reflex points of the feet which are connected to the internal organs, encouraging the free flow of energy throughout the body by thoroughly massaging the feet and lower legs. Having a Thai foot massage is not about pure self-indulgence but about caring for this part of the body that we  neglect and ignore. The feet being far down the legs, we seem to forget about them although they support us all day long.

An ancient science and informal Art

Therapeutic Thaï Acupressure

This is not a regular Thai massage. It has a specific aim to aid some problems we all encounter at some point i.e. stiff shoulder and neck, lower back pain, numbness of an arm or fingers, sprained ankle, headache......After the consultation a specific treatment routine will be selected. The treatment uses a combination of specific acupressure points that are pressed one after the other in an orderly manner.

Your way to relaxation

Traditional Thaï Full Body Massage

Traditional Thaï massage is a unique form of body therapy. The massage incorporates yoga style positions, acupressure and reflexology points, along with techniques of gentle rocking, deep stretching and compression. Emotional or muscular tensions, incorrect body posture may cause stiffness, aches and discomfort. Traditional Thai massage encourage and assist our own body to find the way to relaxation, restore physical and emotional well-being.

The power of essential oils

Traditional Thaï Aromatherapy Massage

The massage encapsulates two essential elements: the value of touch and the power of essential oils. The combination of the two elements helps to relax the body and the mind. The skin, muscles, blood circulation and lymphatic system will feel stimulated, boosting the blood flow, activating the cellular renewal and removing toxic wastes. A feeling of all-over well-being will be noticed as tense muscles relax, stiff joints loosen and nerves are soothed. The small molecular structure of the essential oil penetrates the skin, the aroma enters the body via millions of sensitive cells that line the nasal passage, sending messages to the brain, enhancing psychological well-being.
Please inform the therapist if you have any allergies.

Ayurvedic herb

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage

Discover this exceptional technique which combines soothing deep tissue massage and assisted stretch based on yoga postures, both linked by conscious breathing. The technique was developed in India by Master Kusum Modak. It is practiced on a mattress on the floor, similar to Traditional Thai massage. An ayurvedic herb with a small amount of aromatherapy oil are topically applied  to the skin, helping the elimination of toxins, exfoliating, with stimulation properties. The therapist uses both, hands and feet to apply the correct and desired pressure, helping to remove knots, muscular tensions, stimulating the flow of energy and realign the body's posture.

FROM CLIENT TO THERAPIST

My Journey

I am a committed and passionate practitioner specialised in the Art of Traditional Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Yoga massage and other techniques such as Sports massage, aromatherapy massage, hot and cold stone massage. My several visits to the fascinating Kingdom of Thailand inspired me a lot and gradually made me realise that something was calling me. From being an adept of Thai massage as a client, one day I decided to find out a bit more about the technique. I approached my first Thai massage training course with an open mind, not knowing really what to expect. From the first day it was a revelation and the beginning of a passion. With a personal background in sport science and dance I have aways been interested by the phenomenal machine we all have: our body.

On my learning  path I had the privilege to be trained by some outstanding Masters, giving and  sharing their knowledge with no restriction and with an ocean of kindness. Guiding my footsteps to become a dedicated practitioner myself.

Special thanks to: Joe, Papain, Sakorn, Somphong, Malinee, Noam, Aom, Sicha, Suriyan, Bob, Ananta.

I am so grateful to all of you, for guiding me along my journey.

"Learning is a Journey not a Destination".

Sawasdee Khrap.
